How does this work?

  • Shop on our website then checkout. 
  • Add your details and your family members’ details that will collect your order. 
  • Click which branch you’d like them to pick up from. 
  • Contact your family member and give them the order number.
  • Remind your family member to take a photo ID when they collect.

When will my family receive it?

Your order will be processed within 30 mins. We guarantee same-day pick up before cut-off times.


What are the cut-off times? 

Please order during these times for same-day pickup:


Monday - Friday

8am - 4.00 pm

Saturday

8am - 12 pm


*Note this is Samoan Time


What happens if something is sold out?

As we deal with a wholesaler there are times some products might sell out due to a first in first serve policy. 

There are two options if this occurs: 

  1. An item can be swapped for something of the same value. 
  2. The item will be refunded to the receiver.

If my family can’t pick up what happens next?

You can change the name to someone else who can pick it up. 

All you need to do is email support@alofafoodstuffs.co.nz and let us know your order number and the new recipient that will be picking up the order.


If I change my mind about shopping can I get a refund?

Yes, you can get your refund as long as the order hasn’t been picked up yet. 


Is there a fee for this?

We only charge a $12 fee.


How come it’s in NZD?

We operate from New Zealand so all amounts are in NZD.
